Island Connections provides free transportation services to older adults and people with disabilities on MDI and the surrounding islands. Through our group of dedicated volunteer drivers we provide the following:


Rides to doctor's appointments, physical therapy, blood work appointments, etc.
Drives to and from dialysis, cancer treatments and procedures
Annual visits to the dentist and eye doctor
Grocery shopping or grocery order pick-up
Food deliveries for Meals on Wheels and the Food Access Project
Trips to the pharmacy

We also operate a wheelchair accessible van for our neighbors with mobility challenges.
